The Story Bridge is a heritage-listed steel cantilever bridge spanning the Brisbane River that carries vehicular, bicycle and pedestrian traffic between the northern and the southern suburbs of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It is the longest cantilever bridge in Australia.

The road across the bridge is named Bradfield Highway. The bridge connects Fortitude Valley to Kangaroo Point. The Story Bridge opened in 1940 and was tolled until 1947.

    A wonderful way to spend a morning cruising up the Brisbane River. We went for my Mothers 91st bday and the crew were incredible. They assisted Mum on and off the cruise and nothing was too much trouble for them. A well informed commentary gave us lots of information as well. All of us are locals and this was the first time we had done the cruise. An absolute must for visitors and locals alike..

    An excellent way to see Brisbane City from a different perspective. The cruise duration is just about right without becoming bored. Easy access to all the hospitality options at Southbank. The lunch and cruise package was good value and we look forward to doing it again taking advantage of the Breakfast Creek Hotel lunch option.

    It was such a beautiful day & the crew were lovely We actually boarded in Newstead, a little difficult to find even for a local instead of Southbank which would have been an easier option

    We had a very enjoyable cruise. Friendly and informative. Would recommend taking the time to explore the Brisbane River this way.

    We did the 1030am tour. We received scones and coffee/tea getting on board. Very relaxing with informative commentary about the history and sights along the river. Excellent service by the crew. We purchased some bubbly from the bar and took in the sights. Highly recommend this.

    Totally enjoyed the serenity of the Brisbane River! Such a stunning place and a perfect way to experience it! Thank you very much. We really enjoyed the cruise....from the friendly staff to the knowledgeable tour guide! A must do if you've never been to Brisbane before! 😉

    Booked this tour for 30/10/21 and enjoyed a relaxed and informative cruise on the Brisbane River. Tasty scones and tea/coffee served for morning tea. Skipper a font of knowledge on the history of the river and buildings that abut the banks. Crew friendly and helpful. You certainly get a different perspective of the city when viewed from the river. The Twilight Cruise is a definite for us when next in Brisbane.
