The cottage is appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, garage and laundry facilities.Situated opposite Bridestowe Lavender Farm, the cottage is an ideal base to explore the northeast region. Visit the lavender farm, the largest in the southern hemisphere. Spend an afternoon climbing Mount Stronach or try your luck fishing at Pipers River. A short 15-minute drive will take you into Scottsdale where you can visit the Forest EcoCentre which is also home to the visitor centre. Explore the quaint town and book in to dinner at a local restaurant. A further one-hour drive will take you into central Launceston where you can visit the famous Cataract Gorge.
