I have a lot of feedback from guests with regards to how child friendly my house is. Lots of toys, board games, dvd\'s and a nice confined yard with water views. A huge master bedroom. Outdoor setting, and extra chairs. Lounge with seating for 7 plus kids table and chairs. Table with 8 chairs and 3 stools. Small family room with seating for 5. Undercover parking for 2 cars and power point for electric cars. Walk to the dog-friendly beach and playground with free electric BBQs.
