My husband and I (in our mid 50's) went with our 20 year old daughter on the 3 day West Coast trip. We just got back yesterday and are still on a high from our wonderful experience. Our guide Chris was relaxed, fun, kind, helpful and accommodating. The group of 20 young adults were from around the world which totally enriched our experience. We covered an amazing amount of territory with a wide variety of experiences from rain forests, to sand dunes, etc. We keep kosher so the fact that food was not included in the trip was the reason we signed up - the daily supermarket run was excellent for our needs. Tullah was like going back to our college days in a dorm. THANKS for a great three days, Our memories will last a lifetime!

I booked this tour of Tasmania to celebrate ten years cancer free! I was really excited because a friend said she had done a tour with them years ago and liked it. I paid over $500 for this. I never got any confirmation. I emailed through the website several times with no reply. I emailed more as the date was approaching, and no reply. I called (at my expense) the day prior and was told "Oh, maybe we overlooked the emails." Then he says he will email me that information. The only thing Ben replied to was my asking if we had the availability to cook wherever we stayed and in what towns we were staying. Nothing at all about where to meet the tour. I was panicked and had no phone to call, no idea where to meet in Hobart (it's not small there!), and I was stuck at the airport with no plan. I never heard from them until I had already rented a car and booked an airbnb. They ruined by trip and are refusing to refund me. This company is sketchy and horrible. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

Going around the (wild) western parts of Tasmania was a great experience. The tour was well organised and our guide Keygan was very knowledgeable about the island, its history and its wildlife. I travelled solo, but the group was great and we soon became friends and had a great time together.
