  Due to a third-party tour website promoting misinformation & misleading information, I was lead to believe that the product was different. Since I contacted both parties to express that I was not able to attend the tour due to the misleading information, Cruise Whitsundays refused to assist in any way or refund in any way, saying that all sales were final. I would agree with that based on accurate information, however, this was not the case. They are so hard up for money that they are prepared to dig up the graves of the dead to steal pearl necklaces. Stay away as best that you can & support local & family operated tours. They are far more understanding & personal. UPDATE: Cruise Whitsunday has refused to take responsibility & shifted blame to the third party. Yet again, proving that they are not focused on the customer & wipe their hands of responsibility. Absolutely disgusting business behaviour, considering that the third party has a contract with them & not the customer. I have engaged consumer affairs & the ombudsman to resolve the issue.

  A brilliant cruise from Airlie beach to Whitehaven beach. We went on the afternoon cruise leaving 11.35am on the ferry to Hamilton Island, changed boats for the Seaquest for the rest of the trip. Lovely cruise to Whitehaven with free tea and coffee all day. Landed there (dry) with a great choice of optional activities included. Equipment was provided for cricket, football, paddleboards, bodyboards, pop up tents for shade, stingersuits for swimming. A gazebo had been set up on the lovely silica beach with a bar. There was also a bar on the boat. On the return journey light refreshments were served of sweet cakes and savoury nibbles. We were particularly impressed that they provided a wheelchair with sand tyres for a disabled guest and the crew could not have been more helpful or more friendly. The trip was superb value for money and a perfect way to cruise the Whitsundays. Highly recommended.

  Traveled to Whitehaven with Whitsunday cruises from Hamilton Island during November 2021. The whole experience was fantastic, the crew very helpful and professional. The beach itself is incredible and really lives up to all the hype. It really should be on your bucket list.

  Well run operation offering a great way to check out the Whitsunday Islands and spend a couple of hours on Whitehaven Beach.

  Had an amazing time at White Haven Beach (south end) was easy to book and the ride on the air conditioned catamaran with toilet and bar was great did take a little longer waiting at the two stops dropping off and picking up people but didn’t mind the scenery so was all good. I wish there were more shade shelters on the beach only four when we got there and they were already taken By the people from the early morning cruise that didn’t go back as we went on the afternoon one was nice they had sand buckets and paddles boards and fed the fish too and also a lovely afternoon tea on the way back to Airlie and coffee and tea staff were friendly kids loved it actually we all did highly recommend

  White heaven beach is the most beautiful beach I have ever been to! So clean and clear. The cruise has dropped few different places and the cruise is comfortable and big.

  We did the half day trip I didn’t feel like we got much information on the area and the people on the full day got better treatment , I felt more like a number and it was frustrating having to change boats on the return home with a 3 year old and wait in line. It seemed more appropriate for families and elderly, young people are better going on another cruise like they one we did the next day

  Great 1/2 day tour. Worth doing if you are visiting the area. Staff were great. Whitehaven is a piece of paradise.

  My dad and I went on the cruise to Whitehaven Beach and it was amazing! Great service and beautiful beach. So peaceful and calm with the clearest water I’ve ever seen!

  Whitehaven beach lives up to its reputation. It is a spectacular beach and the water was calm and great for younger kids and water sports. The time at the beach is about 2 hrs of a 6 hr day, but the travel time is a great Whitsundays cruise.
